At Derm & Rejuvenation Institute, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot issue refunds for any opened products. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products of the highest quality and integrity.
Store Credit for Unopened Products
If you have an unopened product, you may return it for store credit towards another product. Please note the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within one week (7 days) of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Return
To return an unopened product for store credit:
- Visit our office in Santa Monica within the specified return period.
- Bring the product along with the original receipt.
- Our staff will assist you in processing the store credit, which you can use immediately or for future purchases.Â
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.Â
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at staff@drkormeili.com and send your item to:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
