Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Currently, we offer free ground shipping domestically to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) on orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a domestic shipping charge that varies based on package weight and shipping distance.

Can I Do An In-Person Return For A Product Purchased Online?

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to modify your shipping or billing address, feel free to contact us if your product has not been shipped yet. But otherwise, all product sales are final.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
